Residents with an account can rate a request on its record page, from 1 (not at all) to 5 (completely). Two lenses, kept apart: what the person who sent the request through this site said happened to it — the outcome of record for that request — and, separately, what other residents following it said. Every figure carries its count. While this site has few filings, a group may be one person's answer; residents are told that where they answer.
