Keep the requests you send from here in one place, follow others, and say whether they were addressed. New here? Continue with Google or ask for an emailed link — an account is created for you.
If you asked to sign in from the app on this phone, open the link there.
Open in the appWhat this is. An unofficial mirror of the City's Alex311 requests, with a way to send your own from here and to rate what happened. Reporting from here is a test feature while it is evaluated with the City: every question on one page, the City's rules explained next to the answer that triggers them, and a warning when the issue has already been reported nearby.
Why it needs a sign-in. It can send real requests to the City, which dispatches real staff, and it keeps your list and your ratings — so it has to know which resident is which. It keeps an account id and nothing else about you.
What it is not. Not an official City of Alexandria service, and not affiliated with or endorsed by the City. This sign-in is for this site only: it is not your Alex311 account with the City, and it does not connect to one. The official portal is always available at alex311.alexandriava.gov, and nothing here is required to use it.
By signing in you accept that any ratings or notes you leave about a request may be used in aggregate on this site — for example, to report how often residents say a closed request was actually fixed. We keep an account id and nothing else; your email stays with the sign-in provider. Privacy · Support

Google or an emailed link creates your account the first time you use it — there is no separate registration form. If an administrator invited you, sign in with the address they invited and the account is already yours. Back to the site
